For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes only the consumer's domain name. We log accesses to this site with the standard data provided in World Wide Web requests (which includes, among other things, URLs accessed, time of access, the IP address of the site which makes the request, the browser used, and, if the information is available, the machine type and the URL previously visited).
We collect aggregate information on the pages accessed by consumers. We also collect information volunteered by the consumer (such as through surveys and/or site registrations). The gathered data are used to improve the content of our Web site or to customize the content and/or layout of our page for each individual visitor. We may tabulate aggregate user statistics from our logs to better understand the usage of our site, and report on its usage to third parties, ensuring that specific users will not be identified.
We do not give out information about specific accesses or users to third parties unless required by law to do so. From time to time, we may use customer information for new, unanticipated uses not previously disclosed in our privacy notice. In the unlikely event that our information practices change, we will post the policy changes on our Web site to notify the customers of these changes and provide customers with the ability to opt out of these new uses.
We use cookies to store a visitor's preferences; record session information, such as items that consumers have added to their shopping cart; record past activity at a site to improve service when visitors return to our site; customize Web page content based on the visitor's browser type, and; to keep track of other information that the visitor sends.
We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site.
